We love Ham in this house – I have one cooking on the hob at the minute.
My big bro got me one this year and it’s so big that I had to cut it in two to cook it. I’m doing one to-day for the freezer and tomorrow’s will be for use on Christmas Day/Boxing Day and every day thereafter until it’s used up
To-day I’m just boiling in some celery, onion carrot, a bay leaf and some peppercorns.
Tomorrow I’m hoping to boil and then roast with a glaze.
So how do you cook your ham, or what glaze do you use?
I’m open for suggestions…….

I was just wondering if any of you know what the story is about the home heating oil. It could be said we are in need at well less than a third left, according to the stats I can get the prices are dropping every day.
So should I hold out in the hope of saving money, or are the prices likely to jump and ruin my Christmas?
Just wondering…..
