Unbelievable…..
Rebecca is encouraging bloggers to share the prices of fuel in their vicinity.
I think poor Dorothy nearly had a heart attack when I included the cost of fuel here in Northern Ireland on one of Rebecca’s first posts.
I eventually remembered to take my camera out to-night just to get you some proof
This is one of my local petrol stations.
As you can see Unleaded is sitting at almost £1.11 per litre which converted makes
$2.16 per litre
which makes it $8.16 per gallon.
If you are one of my local readers you may be interested in checking out the comparisons at Rebecca’s blog just to see how badly we are being ripped off!

Yes, I did nearly have a heart attack! I hope somehow “it all comes out in the wash,” as they say, and you have cheaper prices than we do in some other area. Or salaries are higher. Or something. But I do know that God is sovereign in Northern Ireland as well as the U.S….even over gas prices.

Sorry, that should have been a frown above, not a wink.

Well Daniel as I often say, I’m prepared to pay this price for a while if it is what finally gets those folks on the mainland to get rid of the almost Stalinist regime that is New Labour!
