Steamy mirrors??

wfmwheader_161.jpgMy tip for this week is for preventing your bathroom/shower room mirrors from steaming up while you are showering or bathing. When you are cleaning the mirrors wipe them with a little shampoo – it’s as easy as that, trust me – it works for me!!

Head over to Shannon’s for more tips.

Cool – I’ll have to tell hubby about that… He hates it when his shaving mirror gets steamy.

Neat! Never would have thought of that- so no sticky residue on the mirror?

No sticky residue Shannon – just wipe the mirror with a dry cloth after you have
washed it the way you normally would with any cleaner! I was amazed too!!

That’s bizzare. I sometimes use my hairdryer to defog it pretty quickly, but this will save me a step.

Hi Beth – Funny you should ask really as the most recent tip I got for cleaning the
shower doors was to clean them with WD40!!! Yes WD40 !

I did try it and was pleased with the results it definitely removes the scum well.
I wouldn’t recommend doing it the morning your house-guests arrive but the smell
doesn’t last as long as I thought it might :-)

    Hope this helps.

You mean you try to keep the mirrors from steaming up? I thought the steam was for cleaning them – saves me.
